Dr Sam Paritt

Centre for Brain Research, University of Auckland
Department of Anatomy

Sam’s research interests are medical robotics, advanced surgical tools, brain and spinal cord stimulation, wearable sensors and personal healthcare devices. He has involved MedTech industry since his PhD project of surgical robotics with partnerships between universities and businesses across the UK and EU. Sam had a post-doc fellowship from the US with an industry-funded project of the implantable neurostimulator. He is working as a neural engineer at the Spinal Cord Injury Research Facility, the Centre for Brain Research, University of Auckland.
